When we receive your requirements with all the required details our HR Analysts matches the accurate representation of the essential job functions of the position open, including the required experience, skills, and qualifications to perform them. Once our HR Analysts reviews your requirements and finds suitable candidates after assessing their credentials an email with updated resume of the candidate will be forwarded to you matching the requirement and responsibilities. You are requested to assess the resume at your end and update our HR Recruiter to follow with the interview date. Upon successfully completion of the interviews that would be held in your premises you are requested to give your valuable feedback to our HR Recruiter. |

Once the interview process is complete and the selection of the best candidate for hire is made, you are requested to check of applicant references. i.e. Education Records, Credit Check (Done by agency hired by the Clients) Previous Employer Referral Check etc.. Once the candidate is offered we request you to send us the salary details for our reference. Our terms and conditions are : We charge 8.33% and 10% of annual gross salary at Executive and Middle Management Level and 12.5% at Senior Management Level respectively on the candidate’s appointment. Free replacement will be given immediately in case of candidates non performance or if a candidate resigns the job within 3 months after appointment. Payment to be made by cheque/DD favoring “Pinnacle Management Services” within 30 days of appointment. |
