When we receive your resume with all the required details our HR Analysts matches the accurate representation of the essential job functions of the position open with our clients , including the required experience, skills, and qualifications to perform them. Once our HR Analysts reviews your resume and finds it suitable you will be informed by an email or a call from our HR Recruiter updating you the matching requirement and responsibilities. If you find the openings interesting and approve your interest in attending an interview our HR Recruiter forwards your resume to our Client and follows with the interview process. Upon successfully completion of your interview our HR Recruiter will intimate you with our clients feedback. |

Once the interview process is complete and the selection of the best candidate for hire is made, the Client completes a check of applicant references. i.e. Education Records, Credit Check (Done by agency hired by the Clients) Previous Employer Referral Check etc.. Once the referral check is done and is positive, Hiring salary and Location of work is determined by the head HR of the respective Client Organisation, based on established salary ranges, candidate qualifications/experience and Last Drawn Salary. We do not charge any service charges from our Candidates. |
